Inconsistent cleaning standards throughout the rooms!!! Lack of clarity regarding all-inclusive services is frustrating!!! It shouldn't be this difficult to navigate amenities or enjoy a peaceful experience without noise interruptions!!!

The Melia in Durres served up a stunning beachfront location. Steps away from the water, perfect for morning strolls. Big rooms with nice outdoor areas made relaxing easy. Breakfast had a great variety. the omelettes were standout! Staff organized our taxi rides efficiently. The pool area was also lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available. However, we encountered a few issues. The beach bar only accepted cash, which was inconvenient. There were also electric issues in our room that were handled by staff but happened daily. Service at the pool bar was frustratingly slow. we waited too long for a drink. Some of the restaurants were hard to book. they appeared full even though we were staying at the resort. With more attention to these details, the experience could elevate significantly.

we had a wonderful stay at melia. the level junior suite beachside was cozy with a fantastic view of the sea and pool. the amenities like coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch. the indoor pool and spa were perfect for relaxation. service from staff, especially greald, was attentive and friendly.

We had an amazing time with friends at this beautiful resort! The pool area was fantastic, and we loved relaxing by the infinity pool. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring nearby beaches and enjoying group dinners. Breakfast was great with quality options and kind staff who helped us with arrangements.

One downside was the remote location. it was hard to find snacks without a long walk to the nearest store.

The Level Junior Suite Beachside was absolutely cozy, featuring a fantastic view of the sea and pool. The complimentary coffee and tea amenities in the room were a lovely touch. Plus, the indoor pool and spa provided the perfect relaxation after a long day. Staff, especially Greald, were attentive and friendly.

Great beach access and a beautiful pool area made the stay pleasant, especially for my kids who enjoyed the supervised activities at the kids club. While breakfast offered a variety of options, the buffet dinner left much to be desired, with some tough meat and lukewarm dishes. Additionally, the floor around the indoor pool was extremely slippery, posing a safety issue. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a refund for meals I paid for but didn't use.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Melia in Durres. The luxurious amenities and fine beachfront location. Although the housekeeping needed some attention, the friendly staff and beautiful decor elevated my visit.
